high activity level - short attention span - uncontrolled enthusiasm - uncontrolled play aggression - house soiling problems - pecking order (the who is in charge issue) - meddling - attention demanding behavior - beginning ownership issues
When first beginning to work with Darla, she was very opinionated and very play aggressive.

I began right away teaching her to "play nice" both outside and inside.

She has worked very hard to
learn to behave and pay
attention, to play quietly
and rest comfortably

of self entertainment and
quiet self play

The first thing that had to be done was to take away Darla's ability to succeed in her application of self indulgence, blatant disregard and instant gratification so I began working her with a house lead, a long line and an indoor dog setter as illustrated in her videos.,

Darla has come a long way on her journey to control her behavior.
She follow and listen and pay attention and to play well with others. Even her walks have improved greatly

no attention demanding barking
listen when spoken to

through patience, perseverance and lack of confusion Darla has learned a whole new way to deal with everything around her -
